Ok so I know this isn't the ideal place to be posting this, but quite frankly I'm out of options and ideas. I live in West Sussex in the UK and I'm going to be made homeless either by tomorrow or at the latest by the end of this week. So here goes, I'm looking for a new home, I'm clean, well mannered and hard working. I have exhausted every other avenue that I have, local councils, other friends and charitable organisations. I have no family, so I can't go there for help and none of the people I know locally can help either.
So this is me, asking anyone out there in EVE if you can help me. You can contact me via these forums or look me up on EVE-GATE and message me there. I have net access at a local library everyday and will be checking back as frequently as I can. So please, if you or anyone you know can help a fellow podder, please get in touch. No, this is not a joke, nor a scam of any kind, just one human being asking another human being for help.

I think you fail to understand me. Right now I have no means of doing so, hence why I am asking for anyone to help me. I need somewhere, even if it is only temporary, so that i can get myself sorted. And im not on eve, im in a public library logged into the forums.

My thread appears to be getting derailed. Thanks for your replies so far folks, I will be checking out the available squats here in my town, see if there is anything viable as far as water and power goes, I don't much like the idea of squatting but its better than the alternatives. As far as getting a job goes whilst homeless, good luck.
Very few, if any, companies will accept a care of address for a prospective employee for obvious reasons so I will have to stick with the benefits for now. I do agree though that if you really want a job you can find one, even in these harsh times. My request still stands however, if there is anyone nearby that has a spare room or even a couch and would be happy to take benefit payments directly from the local council, please hit me up here :D

If you had even bothered to read any of this thread before trolling it, you would have noticed that this is OOP and that I have every right to post here, also I pay for EVE using plex which I purchase ingame with isk.
I posted here because I know that the majority (yourslef not included it seems) of the EVE community is actually made of fairly decent people, it is these people I was appealing too, either for direct assistance or any possible information that could be of use to me. Please return to your current residence my under-bridge dwelling hirsute friend.

it was indeed chainsaw, it was very heart warming :D I never thought when i first started playing eve 5 years ago that i would ever see so many strangers band together like that. It makes me very proud to be a part of such a wonderful family.
